My body and my heart may grow weak. God, you give strength to my heart.

You are everything I will ever need.

Psalm 73:26

This morning, as I grabbed my coffee and waited for the littlest to awaken, I opened my Bible to the above scripture. “God, you give strength to my heart.” Anyone else need that? I know of so many right now who are going through the toughest of times, and they are running out of strength. God, strengthen their hearts! Strengthen my heart!

God is so faithful that every time we cry out to Him, He’s right there, by our side, ready to help. He has shown up for me through friends who send encouraging messages, and even through the kindness of complete strangers on a day I really needed that.

God never grows weary. He’s always ready. That brings such a comfort and peace to my situations. Once I get out of the way and rely on God’s help, all falls into place. He is my strength. This life is too much to battle alone! We need His strength and can receive it if we ask.

Recently, I have seen a family go through an extremely difficult time, and the strength they have been given can only be from God. He has carried them. What an amazing gift we have in Jesus!

I’m praying for you, that God will give you the strength you need to carry you through life’s difficult times.

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him.

Psalm 28:7

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10
