A Special Update from the TCD Team
Hello and thank you for choosing The Tree Church Daily for your devotional needs!
After an amazing 10+ years, we sense God directing our devotional ministry to make a few changes to better meet the needs of our dynamic environment, and we want to share some of that with you today.
We will be releasing a fresh and exciting format for you to continue your daily devotional habit. The Take 20 reading plan is designed to get you spending time with God while engaging what we learned on Sunday. These devotions will release Monday-Friday and will consist of a scripture reading plan shaped around the sermon and integrated with the Connect Group curriculum. Each day will include engaging meditation and prayer prompts designed to saturate you in God’s ways and His word.
Two notable changes are that these devotions will no longer be released as a podcast, but we will point our podcast listeners to other available resources for their devotional needs. And the second notable change is that the scripture reading plan will not have any explanations from the TCD team. This reading plan is designed to get you reading God’s word and it will walk you through how to think and pray through what you are reading that day.
Our mission will always be to serve you, the reader, with excellence as we encourage your discipleship for everyday living! What we need from you is to keep seeking Christ every day and be ready for all the new things God wants to do in your heart and mind as they come your way in the new year. Thank you!
