Growing Together in Transformation

Take 2-3 minutes to quiet yourself and ask God to speak to you today through your devotional time.  

Reading: Hebrews 10:24-25

Be sure to highlight or note anything that stands out to you while you read.  
After reading the passage, take the next 5-10 minutes and spend time reflecting on what you read. You can write these things down in a journal or record them in your phone. Be attentive to both what you highlighted in the passage and what is going on in your life.

“Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.” Growth was never meant to be a solo project. Just as athletes train better with partners who push them, your faith flourishes in community. The early church experienced “a deep sense of awe” because they were being transformed together. They didn’t just attend services; they did life together.

When you isolate yourself spiritually, you miss the sharpening, encouraging, and challenging that comes from walking alongside other believers. God designed community to be the greenhouse where your faith grows. You need people who will celebrate your victories, challenge your blind spots, and remind you of God’s truth when you forget. Today, ask yourself: Who is speaking into my spiritual life? Who am I encouraging toward Jesus? Don’t settle for surface-level connection when God offers transformative community.

Who is intentionally helping me grow in my faith, and who am I intentionally helping grow?

Now, take 10 minutes to seek God in prayer…  

1. Begin your time in prayer by taking 1-3 minutes to sit in silence (You can take longer if you sense the Spirit already beginning to speak to you).  
2. Pray through the things you sensed God speaking to you through the Scriptures or pray the following prayer: Father, thank You for the people You have placed in my life to help me grow. Give me a teachable spirit that welcomes encouragement and correction. Help me also become someone who strengthens the faith of others through my words, actions, and example. Amen.
   
3. Close by taking 5 minutes to sit in silence, asking God if there is anything else He wants to speak to you today.

1. Encourage another believer today with a Scripture, prayer, or word of encouragement. 
2. Ask a trusted Christian one question about your spiritual life and invite honest feedback.
