PROGRAMS

Summer Internships

v

The Summer Internship Program exists to help emerging leaders explore their calling to vocational ministry by developing character, capacity, and foundational leadership competency. Interns receive intentional training, mentoring, and hands-on ministry experience while serving within a defined ministry track. The program also prepares future leaders for the ongoing growth and expansion of The Tree and the broader Church. The Summer Internship is a 10-week immersive experience designed to introduce interns to ministry leadership and the rhythms of staff culture.

It prepares emerging leaders for potential full-time ministry through advanced leadership responsibility, pastoral maturity, and the ability to lead and multiply other leaders.
