    Spiritual & Personal Development

Ministry requires a unique blend of talent, work ethic, spiritual hunger, and personal discipline. The Internship Program is designed to give you hands-on experience and exposure to the qualities and habits that healthy ministry is built upon.

    Your Development Components

    Guided Daily Devotional Time (TTFG)

Interns will be provided with a 10-week devotional introducing them to different spiritual disciplines to deepen your foundation of faith.

    Staff Church

Start your Monday mornings alongside the staff in God's presence. Share wins from the previous week, worship together, pray for the church's needs, and connect in small groups. Ministry is demanding and requires dependence on God-this time refreshes hearts and prepares for the week ahead.

    Staff Lunch

Ministry is about more than the work we do-it's about the community we do it with. Staff lunch strengthens relationships and gives you space to get to know the team while they get to know you.

    Mentoring Sessions

Participate in two mentoring sessions every Monday in a small group learning environment covering:

    • Calling & Design: Identify your skills and learn to use them practically in day-to-day life
    • Basic Leadership: Understand what leadership looks like in ministry and how it plays out daily
    • Life Skills: Develop character and personal leadership as the foundation for healthy ministry

    Me Healthy We Healthy Challenge

    Optional 10-Week Challenge

We believe a healthy church is made up of healthy leaders and individuals. This challenge focuses on growth in:

    • Spiritual growth
    • Physical wellness
    • Meaningful connection
    • Service to others

    Compensation

The position requires a commitment of 20 hours onsite per week. Compensation is decided upon market fair wages yearly and is paid in bi-weekly increments.
