Turn My Heart
Psalm 119:33-40 (NASB)
Teach me, the way of Your statutes, Lord,
And I shall comply with it to the end.
Give me understanding, so that I may comply with Your Law
And keep it with all my heart.
Make me walk in the path of Your commandments,
For I delight in it.
Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to dishonest gain.
Turn my eyes away from looking at what is worthless,
And revive me in Your ways.
Establish Your word to Your servant
As that which produces reverence for You.
Take away my disgrace which I dread,
For Your judgments are good.
Behold, I long for Your precepts;
Revive me through Your righteousness.
Reflection
The psalmist understood that we are not able to fully comprehend God's ways without His guidance. Where do you need Good to guide you in your life? In what areas are you struggling to understand His plan?
Worship
Listen to “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)” by Hillsong UNITED and meditate on where you need God's guidance in your own life.
